BDS 2 Inch Leveling Kit with FOX 2.0 Coilover for 2021-2025 Ford F150 4WD

Key Features

• FOX 2.0 Performance Series coilovers – Direct bolt-in replacement for the factory strut, featuring a 2.0" extruded and machined 6061 T6 aluminum body for improved heat dispersion, an internal floating piston (IFP) to eliminate oil aeration, FOX's proprietary internals, and a 5/8" hard-chrome-plated heat-treated alloy shaft. Shipped preloaded with springs and a top plate for easy installation.
• Heavy-duty upper control arms – 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct ball joint positioning, allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment for proper alignment.
• Maintenance-free bushings & greaseable ball joint – Durometer-specific rubber bushings at the frame ends and a quality greaseable ball joint deliver smooth, quiet, durable operation.
• Durable finish – Black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap, ready to install out of the box.

Recommended Tires & Wheels

Clearance for up to 35" tires. Recommended setup: 35 x 12.5 tires with 20 x 9 wheels and 5.5" backspacing. Trimming may be required.

Adaptive Headlights

Adaptive headlights are a factory option where the headlamp beams move with the steering wheel to illuminate the path ahead. If you're unsure whether your truck is equipped, check your upper control arms for a mounted sensor. Control arms with sensors are designed to keep the sensor arm in the stock OE position.

Fits 4WD models unless noted otherwise:

• 2021–2023 Ford F-150 (4WD): King Ranch, Lariat, Limited, Platinum, SSV, XL, XLT
• 2024 Ford F-150: King Ranch, Lariat, Platinum (all drive types); STX (4WD, Flex/Gas); XL, XLT (4WD)
• 2025 Ford F-150: King Ranch, Lariat, Platinum (all drive types); STX, XL, XLT (4WD) — Front and Rear 2"

Important Notes

• Works with bar pin lower strut mounts. For eye-style lower strut mounts, use 2009–13 model kits.
• Not designed to work with trucks equipped with CCD.
• Tremor models will net zero inches of lift with this kit.
• For replacement ball joints, use BDS081203. The ball joint is directional and must be installed with the dot facing either inward or outward on the vehicle, otherwise damage may occur.
• Do NOT strike the aluminum knuckle on later-model trucks with a hammer to separate the ball joint. Use the appropriate ball joint separation tool. Special Service Tool 204-592 is recommended to dislodge the ball joint.
• Recalibration of your vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS)—including cameras, radar, LiDAR, and other sensors—may be necessary at your local dealership or ADAS service center to ensure proper functionality of features such as lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, and adaptive cruise control. Similar to a wheel alignment, all charges and expenses from dealership calibrations and adjustments are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.

Order Processing

If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

• You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
• Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Freight & Oversize Items

• Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
• Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
• Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

International Orders

• Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
• Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
• Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
• A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Non-Returnable Items

• Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
3. Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Refunds

• Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
• For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.

Warranty

Many products include a manufacturer warranty. We’re happy to help facilitate claims—reach out with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
