Because of the size, shipping requirements, and testing involved, all approved fuel tank returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returned tanks are inspected and tested by Transfer Flow before a refund is processed to confirm no damage occurred. Once testing is complete, the refund is issued less the restocking fee.
