Please do not ship your item back until your return has been approved.

Items returned without prior authorization or without an approved RMA number may not be accepted. Once your request has been reviewed, our team will contact you from orders@padoverland.com with approval, follow-up questions, or return instructions.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.

How the RMA Process Works

Submit the Return Request Form

Fill out the form below with your order number, product details, reason for return, item condition, and photos if needed.

PAD Overland Reviews the Request

Our team will review the order, product condition, return eligibility, shipping method, and any required photos or notes.

RMA Number Is Issued If Approved

If your return is approved, we will email you an RMA authorization number, return instructions, and the required return document.

Ship the Item Back With the RMA Number Visible

The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package and/or shipping label. Returns received without an RMA number may be refused.

Before You Submit

  • Confirm your request is within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Make sure the item is unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in original packaging.
  • Have your order number and product details ready.
  • Upload clear photos of the item, packaging, labels, and any damage if applicable.
  • For freight items, confirm whether damage was noted with the carrier at delivery.

Items That May Not Qualify

  • Installed, test-fitted, modified, or used products.
  • Custom, special-order, or personalized items.
  • Sale items and gift cards.
  • Items returned without approval or without an RMA number.
  • Freight-damaged items where damage was not noted with the carrier at delivery.

What Happens After You Submit?

Once your request has been submitted, PAD Overland will review the information provided. Our team may contact you for additional details, photos, or clarification before approving the return.

If your return is approved, we will send you an RMA authorization number, return instructions, and the required RMA document. Please include the RMA number clearly on the outside of your return package.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Return Policy Reminder

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. Items must be unused, unworn, uninstalled, unmodified, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on PAD Overland’s part. PAD Overland reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated requirements.

Return / RMA Questions

Can I send my item back before receiving an RMA number?

No. Please do not ship any items back until your return has been reviewed and an RMA authorization number has been issued. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Where do I send my return?

If your return is approved, PAD Overland will provide the return shipping address and instructions with your RMA authorization number.

Are installed or test-fitted items returnable?

Installed, test-fitted, modified, or used items are not eligible for return. Items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

Do I need to include photos?

Photos help our team review your request faster. Please include photos of the item, packaging, labels, and any damage if applicable.

How long does the review process take?

Our team will review your request as quickly as possible. If approved, you will receive an email with your RMA number and next steps.
