What started in a small shop has grown into a premier upfitter for adventure-ready vehicles of all kinds—from Sprinters and Transits to full-size trucks and Class C RVs. Founder Adam saw a gap in the market for suspension and off-road accessories that truly met the demands of real-world explorers. With years of experience in performance suspension and hands-on trail testing, PAD Overland was born.
Today, our team designs, fabricates, and installs upgrades that transform everyday vehicles into capable, trail-tested rigs. We’ve built strong partnerships with leading manufacturers and industry innovators to ensure that every build we deliver meets one standard—adventure-ready and built to last.

PAD Overland was built from the ground up by Adam Ofstad—a lifelong gearhead, firefighter, and hands-on innovator with a passion for pushing vehicles beyond limits. What began as a small repair shop quickly evolved into a trusted name for high-quality upfitting, fabrication, and adventure-ready builds. Adam’s vision and work ethic continue to drive the team and the culture that defines PAD Overland today.
