Upgrade the stance, ground clearance, and off-road capability of your 1999–2006 Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra 1500 4WD with the BDS Suspension 4.5 Inch Lift Kit. Designed for improved performance both on and off the road, this system provides additional ride height while maintaining proper suspension geometry and steering alignment. The kit allows clearance for up to 33-inch tires, giving your truck a more aggressive look and improved trail capability.

This lift kit utilizes BDS’s high-clearance No Torsion Bar Drop design, relocating the torsion bars directly to the top of the lower control arms. This design eliminates the need to lower the torsion bar crossmember, maximizing ground clearance while maintaining strength and durability.

Up front, the system features high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, torsion bar relocation brackets, differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates for additional protection. Steering geometry is corrected using high-strength CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, allowing the suspension to maintain proper angles while keeping factory steering components functioning correctly.

Additional front components such as sway bar relocation brackets, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and CV spacers ensure proper operation and reliability after lifting. In the rear, the system uses either lift blocks or optional Glide-Ride leaf springs to level the stance and maintain load capacity.

The system includes BDS NX2 Nitro shocks, featuring nitrogen-charged twin-tube construction and velocity-sensitive valving for improved damping and control. Optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks are available for enhanced off-road performance.

Built as a complete bolt-on suspension system, this BDS lift kit delivers the strength, durability, and ride quality needed for both daily driving and off-road adventures.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.

Order Processing

If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

  • You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
  • Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Freight & Oversize Items

  • Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
  • Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
  • Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

International Orders

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
  • Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
  • Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
  • A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
  2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
  3. Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
  • For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
