Description
xUpgrade the stance, ground clearance, and off-road capability of your 1980–1996 Ford F350 Monobeam 4WD truck with the BDS Suspension 4 Inch Lift Kit. Designed as a complete suspension upgrade, this system improves ride quality, increases wheel travel, and allows clearance for up to 35-inch tires while maintaining dependable handling on and off the road.
At the front, the lift system features BDS Glide-Ride multi-leaf front springs, engineered with a progressive spring rate to deliver a smoother ride and improved suspension flexibility across varying terrain. The unique triple-stage leaf spring design allows the suspension to perform consistently whether driving unloaded or carrying additional weight.
To maintain proper steering geometry at the new ride height, the system includes a forged drop pitman arm and track bar relocation bracket, ensuring the steering system remains correctly aligned for stable handling and predictable steering response.
In the rear, the kit levels the truck’s stance using high-strength lift blocks and longer U-bolts, maintaining factory suspension function while providing the additional lift height needed to match the front suspension.
The kit comes standard with NX2 Nitro gas shocks featuring velocity-sensitive valving for improved ride control, with the option to upgrade to FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks for enhanced damping performance and off-road capability. FOX shocks feature a monotube internal floating piston design that improves heat dissipation and provides consistent performance across demanding terrain.
Engineered as a 100% bolt-on suspension system, this BDS lift kit provides increased off-road capability, improved stance, and reliable suspension performance for classic Ford Super Duty trucks.

Shipping & Return
xShipping
We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
