xUpgrade the performance and capability of your truck with the BDS 4 Inch Radius Arm Lift Kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-Over Conversion, designed for Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty diesel 4WD trucks (2005–2007). This premium suspension system delivers improved ride quality, enhanced suspension travel, and aggressive styling while maintaining the durability expected from BDS Suspension.
At the front, the kit features FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilover shocks with remote reservoirs and DSC adjusters, providing precise suspension tuning and exceptional damping performance both on and off the road. The large 2.5-inch aluminum shock body increases oil capacity and heat dissipation while maintaining consistent performance under demanding conditions.
The system replaces the factory radius arms with heavy-duty tubular radius arms, designed to improve suspension strength and allow caster correction for proper alignment at lifted ride heights. These arms mount in the factory location and feature OE-style rubber bushings to provide smooth, quiet, and maintenance-free operation.
To maintain proper steering geometry, the kit includes a forged drop pitman arm and track bar relocation bracket, ensuring correct steering angles and predictable handling after lifting. Sway bar relocation brackets and brake line extensions are also included to maintain proper suspension movement.
In the rear, the system utilizes high-strength lift blocks, longer U-bolts, and FOX Performance shocks to raise and level the truck while maintaining factory ride quality and load capacity.
Designed for durability and performance, this BDS suspension lift kit allows clearance for up to 35-inch tires with the proper wheel setup, making it an ideal upgrade for Super Duty owners looking for improved off-road capability and ride comfort.

Shipping & Return

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
