Description
xUpgrade the capability, stance, and ride performance of your 2019–2024 Ram 3500 4WD gas truck equipped with factory rear air ride suspension with the BDS Suspension 4 Inch Radius Arm Lift Kit. Designed specifically for trucks with the factory rear auto-leveling air suspension, this system increases ground clearance and allows clearance for up to 35-inch tires while maintaining excellent ride quality and suspension performance.
Up front, the system features gas-specific Pro-Ride progressive rate coil springs engineered to provide the proper lift height while delivering a smooth, predictable ride across varying terrain. The kit also includes heavy-duty tubular replacement radius arms designed to increase strength while correcting caster angles for improved steering stability.
Steering geometry is corrected with a forged drop pitman arm and heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket, helping maintain proper steering alignment and recentering the front axle after lifting the vehicle. Sway bar relocation brackets and brake line extensions ensure factory components continue to operate properly at the new ride height.
Because of the increased lift height, the system includes a transfer case indexing ring and heavy-duty transmission crossmember to correct front driveline angles and maintain compatibility with the factory front driveshaft.
In the rear, the lift system is designed specifically for factory rear air suspension and utilizes heavy-duty air bag spacers and mounting hardware to maintain proper operation of the factory auto-leveling system while achieving the desired lift height.
The kit is paired with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks, featuring an internal floating piston monotube design that improves damping performance, heat dissipation, and overall ride control both on-road and off-road.
Engineered as a complete bolt-on suspension system, this BDS lift kit delivers improved off-road capability, enhanced stance, and the durability required for lifted heavy-duty trucks.

Shipping & Return

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
