Key Features

• HD Radius Arms: High-strength tubular radius arms replace the factory stamped steel units, mount into the factory location, and offer caster adjustment across a wide range of lift heights. An OE-style rubber bushing at the frame mount delivers smooth, quiet, service-free operation.
• Pro-Ride Coil Springs: Full-length, gas-specific, progressive rate springs provide the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride. Manufactured from high tensile steel with a properly sized wire diameter for maximum reliability without premature coil bind.
• Steering Correction: A forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle, paired with a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep components in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
• Track Bar Relocation Brackets: Reposition the axle for correct geometry at ride height.
• Front Sway Bar Correction: Maintains on-road handling performance after the lift.
• HD Transmission Crossmember & T-Case Indexing Ring: Correct front driveline angles and allow use of the factory driveshafts.
• Shock Options: Choose BDS NX2 gas series or FOX 2.0 Performance series IFP gas shocks for improved ride quality and off-road performance.

Shock Options

NX2 Nitro Series: Nitrogen-charged, twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends for increased strength, a 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.

FOX 2.0 Performance Series: 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, a 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.

Important Notes

• 6.4L gas models will require exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft.
• 5.7L gas models may also require exhaust modification.
• The vehicle can be driven without the front driveshaft to an exhaust shop for modifications to be made before reinstalling the driveshaft.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.

Order Processing

If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

• You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
• Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Freight & Oversize Items

• Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
• Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
• Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

International Orders

• Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
• Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
• Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
• A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Non-Returnable Items

• Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
3. Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Refunds

• Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
• For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.

Warranty
