xUpgrade your truck’s suspension performance and off-road capability with the BDS Suspension 5.5 Inch Lift Kit with 4-Link Conversion for Ram 2500 4WD gas trucks (2019–2026). Designed to improve ground clearance, suspension travel, and overall handling characteristics, this heavy-duty lift system provides everything required to properly lift your Ram truck while maintaining excellent ride quality.
At the front of the system, gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height while delivering smooth, predictable suspension performance across various terrain. These springs are engineered from high tensile steel with precisely sized wire diameter to maximize durability and prevent premature coil bind.
This system converts the factory stamped steel radius arms to a heavy-duty 4-link suspension setup, dramatically improving suspension geometry, strength, and wheel travel. High-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets allow mounting of upgraded upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout suspension movement.
To maintain proper steering geometry at the increased ride height, the system includes a forged drop pitman arm and heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket, ensuring the front axle remains centered and steering angles remain correct during suspension travel.
Because driveline geometry changes at this lift height, BDS includes a transfer case indexing ring and upgraded transmission crossmember to correct front driveshaft angles while allowing continued use of the factory driveline.
In the rear, the system utilizes progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs, track bar relocation brackets, sway bar links, and bump stop extensions to properly lift the rear suspension while maintaining axle alignment and ride comfort. The kit is paired with NX2 Nitro Series shocks that provide improved ride control both on-road and off-road.
With clearance for up to 37-inch tires, this BDS suspension system delivers improved off-road capability, enhanced suspension articulation, and an aggressive lifted stance while maintaining daily driving comfort.

Shipping & Return
xShipping
We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
