Description
xUpgrade the stance and capability of your 2007–2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 or GMC Sierra 1500 2WD with the BDS 6 Inch Suspension Lift Kit. Designed to deliver improved ground clearance, aggressive styling, and dependable off-road performance, this system allows your truck to run up to 35-inch tires while maintaining excellent ride quality and control.
At the front, the system features high-clearance crossmembers constructed from heavy-duty 1/4-inch laser-cut steel, engineered to maximize ground clearance while adding structural strength to the suspension system. These components are designed to withstand demanding off-road conditions while maintaining proper suspension geometry.
The kit utilizes strut spacers and heavy-duty crossmembers to achieve the lifted ride height while preserving factory ride characteristics. Steering geometry is corrected using CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, which help maintain proper steering angles and compatibility with the factory electronic stability control system.
Additional front suspension components include sway bar drop brackets, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, CV spacers, and installation hardware, providing a complete suspension system engineered for durability and performance.
In the rear, the system uses high-strength fabricated lift blocks paired with an add-a-leaf spring pack to raise and level the vehicle while maintaining load capacity and ride comfort. The add-a-leaf increases rear spring support, helping reduce sag while improving overall suspension stability.
Rear suspension performance is enhanced with BDS NX2 Nitro Series shocks or optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks, delivering improved damping control and consistent ride quality both on and off the road.
This complete bolt-on suspension system provides the aggressive lifted stance and improved off-road capability expected from BDS Suspension while maintaining everyday drivability.

Shipping & Return
xShipping
We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
