Key Features

• High clearance crossmembers: Heavy-duty 1/4-inch thick laser-cut steel crossmembers maximize ground clearance and pair with a bolt-together front skid plate system to form a rigid subframe with added protection.
• Heavy duty steering knuckles: High-strength CNC-machined ductile cast iron knuckles correct steering geometry at the taller ride height, work with factory tie rod ends, and maintain ESC compatibility.
• Front suspension: Full-length replacement strut shocks, multipiece differential relocation brackets to secure the front axle and improve CV angles, HD skid plates, sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, CV spacers, and supplied hardware.
• Rear lift options: Choose a 5" cast iron lift block (replaces the factory 1-1/4" block, nets 4" of rear lift, designed for correct pinion angles) or full Glide-Ride multi-leaf progressive leaf springs that eliminate the lift block, reduce axle wrap, and maintain factory payload ratings.
• Rear shock options: NX2 Nitro Series (nitrogen-charged twin-tube, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends, 1-3/8" high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, silver powder coat) or FOX 2.0 Performance Series (2" extruded aluminum body, IFP monotube design, CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum ends, 5/8" hard chrome-plated alloy steel shaft, application-specific valving, clear anodized finish).
• Includes: New rear u-bolts, brake line brackets, and complete supplied hardware.
• Factory Protection Plus drivetrain warranty included.

Important Notes & Installation

Verify your control arm type before ordering. GM produced several knuckle/control arm configurations in these trucks. Cast Steel control arm models require the "Cast Steel Control Arm" kit. Stamped Steel and Aluminum control arm models require the "Aluminum Control Arm" kit. Reference the help images when customizing your kit to confirm which factory control arms your truck has.

• Strut compressor required.
• Requires frame bracket modification.
• Requires differential modification to clear electric power steering.
• Factory 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference.
• If choosing the 5" rear block option, add-a-leaf #111209 is recommended for a more level/tail-high stance on crew cab models.
• All-wheel-drive models require driveline modification.
• Will not fit MagneRide magnetic ride control equipped models.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.

Order Processing

If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

• You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
• Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Freight & Oversize Items

• Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
• Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
• Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

International Orders

• Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
• Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
• Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
• A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Non-Returnable Items

• Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
3. Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Refunds

• Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
• For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
