xTake your truck’s performance and capability to the next level with the BDS Suspension 6 Inch Lift Kit for Ram 1500 4WD models (2025-2026). Engineered for both aggressive off-road performance and smooth on-road ride quality, this premium suspension system features FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilover shocks designed to deliver increased suspension travel, improved damping control, and exceptional durability.
At the front, the system utilizes FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilover shocks with remote reservoirs and DSC adjusters, offering precise tuning of high-speed and low-speed compression damping. These coilovers are paired with high-clearance crossmembers, differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates to improve ground clearance while protecting critical drivetrain components during off-road use.
To maintain proper steering geometry at the increased ride height, the system includes CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends designed to maintain compatibility with the factory electronic stability control system. Additional components such as sway bar relocation brackets, bump stop extensions, stainless steel brake lines, and CV spacers help ensure reliable suspension operation and long-term durability.
In the rear, this lift kit uses progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs, rear upper control arm relocation brackets to correct pinion angle, and a track bar relocation bracket to maintain proper axle alignment. The rear suspension is paired with FOX Performance Series IFP gas shocks, delivering improved ride control and stability both on and off the trail.
With clearance for up to 37-inch tires, this BDS Suspension lift kit provides Ram 1500 owners with improved suspension performance, enhanced off-road capability, and an aggressive lifted stance.
Shipping & Return
xShipping
We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
Many products include a manufacturer warranty. We’re happy to help facilitate claims—reach out with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
