• Gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs – full-length, dual-rate front coils deliver the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across varied terrain.
• BDS 4-link conversion – replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms with HD upper and lower control arms on high-strength ¼-inch steel brackets, optimizing suspension geometry, adding strength and stability, and limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.
• Glide-Ride leaf springs – a triple-stage progressive design where the primary three leafs handle everyday driving, secondary leafs engage under moderate load, and the bottom overload supports maximum hauling. Reduces axle wrap and improves suspension flexibility.
• Corrected steering – forged drop pitman arm and track bar relocation bracket maintain proper steering angles for improved handling at ride height.
• Fabricated steel blocks – provide a level front-to-rear stance.
• Shock options – standard NX2 Nitro shocks with vehicle-specific valving, or upgrade to FOX 2.0 Performance Series for maximum on- and off-road performance.

Shock Options

NX2 Nitro Series: Nitrogen-charged, twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends for increased strength, 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.

FOX 2.0 Performance Series: 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.

Fitment

This kit fits the following 4WD, FLEX-fuel gas applications:

• 2011-2016 Ford F-250 Super Duty – XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch (4WD); Platinum (2013-2016, all drive types)
• 2011-2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty – all submodels (4WD)

Important Notes

• Front exhaust modification may be required to clear the front driveshaft (gas only).
• If equipped with a 2-piece driveshaft, a driveshaft alignment kit may be required.
• Although extremely rare, front driveline vibration may occur.
• If equipped with a rear sway bar, part #123009 is required.
• Included u-bolts will not work on dually models.
• This system retains the factory rear blocks alongside the new BDS leaf springs to achieve a level stance. Select the height of your factory lift blocks for proper u-bolt length.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.

Order Processing

If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

• You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
• Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Freight & Oversize Items

• Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
• Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
• Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

International Orders

• Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
• Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
• Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
• A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Non-Returnable Items

• Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
3. Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Refunds

• Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
• For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.

Warranty
