Description
xUpgrade the capability, stance, and off-road performance of your 2019–2024 Ram 2500 4WD diesel truck with the BDS Suspension 6 Inch Radius Arm Lift Kit. Designed for serious off-road performance and daily driving reliability, this suspension system increases ground clearance and allows clearance for up to 37-inch tires while maintaining excellent ride quality and steering control.
The front suspension system features diesel-specific Pro-Ride progressive rate coil springs paired with heavy-duty tubular replacement radius arms. These high-strength radius arms improve durability while allowing caster adjustment to maintain proper suspension geometry after lifting the truck. To further correct steering angles and maintain stable handling, the system includes a forged drop pitman arm and track bar relocation bracket, ensuring the front axle remains properly centered throughout suspension travel.
Because of the increased lift height, the kit includes a transfer case indexing ring and heavy-duty transmission crossmember to correct driveline angles and retain use of the factory front driveshaft. In the rear, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, and a track bar relocation bracket are used to maintain proper axle positioning and ride quality.
The system is paired with BDS NX2 Nitro shocks featuring nitrogen-charged twin-tube construction and velocity-sensitive valving for improved damping performance and control. Optional FOX Performance Series shocks are also available for drivers seeking enhanced off-road capability.
Engineered as a complete bolt-on suspension system, this BDS lift kit provides the strength, durability, and performance required for lifted diesel trucks used both on-road and off-road.

Shipping & Return
xShipping
We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
