Important Notes

• Fits SRW models only.
• Ford recommends replacing the pitman arm nut each time it is removed.
• Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.
• If your truck is equipped with a factory rear sway bar, add BDS123808.
• If your truck has a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit (BDS123402) may be required.
• Due to the taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net the full advertised lift height; final ride height will match standard models.
• Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to required brake line clearance. Use the recommended wheel and tire specs listed above.
• The indexing ring is only compatible with 10-speed transmission trucks. Verify your truck's equipment before installing. The transfer case indexing ring will not fit 6.2L vehicles equipped with the 6R100 transmission.
• The indexing ring is not designed for manual shift transfer case models; modification of the shift cable mount will be required.
• Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs.
• Some trucks with a rear driveline vibration may have a Ford recall regarding the rear axle (Safety Recall 21S31). Due to the recall procedure, BDS recommends having this performed prior to installing the lift.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.

Order Processing

If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

• You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
• Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Freight & Oversize Items

• Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
• Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
• Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

International Orders

• Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
• Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
• Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
• A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Non-Returnable Items

• Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
3. Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Refunds

• Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
• For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.

Warranty
