Upgrade the suspension capability and off-road performance of your Ram 2500 and Ram 3500 Diesel 4WD (2008) with the BDS 8-Inch Lift Kit featuring a Long Arm suspension system and FOX 2.5 Coilover Conversion. Built for serious off-road performance and heavy-duty diesel trucks, this system delivers increased suspension travel, improved articulation, and superior ride control.

This system replaces the factory short control arms with a heavy-duty long arm suspension setup, dramatically improving suspension geometry and reducing caster change throughout wheel travel. The long arm system uses heavy-duty frame-mounted brackets and oversized control arms designed to increase stability while allowing greater articulation in rough terrain.

Up front, the kit features FOX 2.5 Factory Series coilover shocks with remote reservoirs, delivering exceptional damping control and increased suspension travel. These race-inspired shocks are engineered to absorb harsh terrain while maintaining smooth on-road ride quality.

The system includes forged steering correction components, including a drop pitman arm and track bar relocation bracket, ensuring proper steering geometry and front axle alignment at the lifted ride height.

In the rear, the suspension utilizes high-strength cast steel lift blocks, longer U-bolts, and FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks, delivering improved ride comfort and reliable damping performance for both on-road driving and off-road use.

Designed for durability and extreme capability, this BDS suspension system allows clearance for up to 38-inch tires with proper wheel specifications, making it an excellent upgrade for Ram diesel trucks built for aggressive off-road use, overlanding, or high-performance suspension builds.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.

Order Processing

If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

  • You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
  • Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Freight & Oversize Items

  • Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
  • Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
  • Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

International Orders

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
  • Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
  • Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
  • A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
  2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
  3. Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
  • For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
