xUpgrade the performance, stance, and off-road capability of your 2025–2026 Chevy Trail Boss or GMC AT4 1500 Diesel 4WD with the BDS 2.5 Inch Lift Kit featuring FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coilover Shocks. Designed specifically for factory lifted Trail Boss and AT4 trucks, this suspension system improves ride quality, suspension travel, and durability while allowing clearance for larger tires.
The system features FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilover shocks with remote reservoirs and Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjusters, delivering exceptional damping performance and precise adjustability for both on-road comfort and aggressive off-road driving. The larger shock body increases oil capacity to improve heat dissipation and maintain consistent performance under demanding conditions.
To maintain proper suspension geometry and strength, the kit includes heavy-duty tubular upper control arms constructed from 1.5-inch OD steel tubing with indexed ball joint cups. These arms improve camber alignment and allow additional suspension travel on lifted applications while maintaining smooth and quiet operation using durable rubber bushings and premium greaseable ball joints.
The front suspension system also incorporates high-clearance laser-cut crossmembers, differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates to improve ground clearance while protecting key drivetrain components. CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends help maintain proper steering geometry and compatibility with the vehicle’s ESC system.
In the rear, the system uses a heavy-duty lift block and extended U-bolts to properly level the vehicle while maintaining factory load capacity. Rear suspension performance is handled by FOX Performance Series shocks, delivering improved ride control and damping performance across a wide range of terrain.
With clearance for up to 35-inch tires, this BDS suspension system delivers an aggressive stance and improved capability while maintaining the durability and reliability expected from BDS Suspension.

Shipping & Return
xShipping
We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
