Our Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) 101 Cardiff E-Bikes have been carefully inspected, tested, and restored to meet the same high standards as our new models — delivering exceptional value and performance backed by factory expertise.
Every pre-owned bike goes through a comprehensive, multi-point inspection performed by our in-house factory technicians — the same team that designs and develops our bikes. Each one is fully inspected from front to back, all components are checked and tested, and every bike is taken for a short test ride to ensure flawless performance.
We’re proud to say we have virtually zero returns on our CPO bikes because no one knows our bikes better than the people who build them.
Each 101 Cardiff CPO E-Bike includes a full two-year warranty on all components (excluding the battery).
Because these bikes have been previously owned or used for demo purposes, they may show minor cosmetic signs of use such as slight scratches or small imperfections in the finish, tires with light use, or minor wear marks on the frame or fork. Every 101 CPO bike is guaranteed to perform like new — even if it looks like it’s already been loved.

Shipping & Return

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
