xUpgrade your truck with the ultimate in suspension performance using the BDS Suspension 3.5 Inch Lift Kit featuring FOX 3.0 Factory Race Series internal bypass shocks for the Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD (2025–2026). Engineered for serious off-road performance and aggressive styling, this premium suspension system improves suspension travel, ride control, and capability while allowing clearance for up to 35-inch tires depending on configuration.
At the front of the system are FOX 3.0 Factory Race Series internal bypass coilover shocks with remote reservoirs. These race-proven shocks feature patented internal bypass technology that creates multiple damping zones for improved ride quality and better bottom-out control during aggressive off-road driving. The design delivers a smooth ride during normal driving while progressively increasing damping force as suspension travel increases.
To complement the coilovers, the system includes heavy-duty tubular upper control arms designed to increase strength and suspension travel. Constructed from high-strength 1.5-inch tubing, the arms feature indexed ball joint cups to correct ball joint angles and improve suspension geometry. Greaseable heavy-duty ball joints provide smooth articulation and long-term durability while rubber bushings ensure quiet, maintenance-free operation.
In the rear, the system utilizes fabricated lift blocks and extended U-bolts to achieve the proper lift height while maintaining ride quality and load capacity. The rear suspension is completed with FOX 3.0 Factory Race Series remote reservoir shocks to deliver balanced performance and consistent damping across varied terrain.
FOX Factory Race Series shocks are designed for extreme conditions, featuring 3.0-inch aluminum shock bodies, finned remote reservoirs, and DSC dual-speed compression adjusters. These features allow drivers to fine-tune suspension performance for load, terrain, and driving style while maintaining consistent shock performance under heavy use.

Shipping & Return
xShipping
We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
Many products include a manufacturer warranty. We’re happy to help facilitate claims—reach out with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
