xImprove the stance, suspension performance, and off-road capability of your 2020–2026 Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD with the BDS 3 Inch Lift Kit featuring FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO shocks. Designed to level the front of the truck while enhancing ride quality and durability, this suspension system provides the clearance and control needed for larger tires and improved off-road performance.
The front suspension system features FOX 2.5 Performance Series IFP shocks with Hydraulic Top Out (HTO) technology, providing improved damping performance and increased suspension control across a wide range of driving conditions. The larger shock body increases oil capacity for improved heat dissipation and consistent performance on rough terrain.
To create lift and maintain proper suspension geometry, the system includes high-strength indexed torsion bar keys engineered to provide additional ride height while maintaining proper torsion bar preload. A differential relocation kit is included to correct CV axle operating angles and reduce stress on drivetrain components without sacrificing ground clearance.
To prevent sway bar interference and maintain proper suspension movement, the kit includes sway bar relocation brackets that maintain correct operating angles after the suspension is lifted.
In the rear, the system utilizes a 2-inch lift block and extended U-bolts to provide a level or slightly tail-high stance when unloaded while maintaining factory towing capacity and spring performance. The suspension is completed with FOX 2.5 Performance Series rear shocks designed to deliver improved ride quality and damping performance both on and off the road.
With clearance for up to 35-inch tires, this BDS suspension system provides the aggressive stance, improved capability, and reliable performance expected from BDS Suspension.

Shipping & Return
xShipping
We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
Many products include a manufacturer warranty. We’re happy to help facilitate claims—reach out with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
