Key Features

• HD Tubular Radius Arms: High-strength tubular construction replaces the factory stamped steel arms, mounts to factory locations, and offers caster adjustment across a range of lift heights. OE-style rubber bushings at the frame mount keep operation smooth, quiet, and service-free.
• Pro-Ride Coil Springs: Full-length, diesel-specific, progressive-rate front coils made from high tensile steel deliver the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride. Properly sized wire diameter prevents premature coil bind.
• HD Adjustable Track Bar: 1-3/8 inch solid steel front track bar comes pre-assembled with bushings and bolts into factory mounting points to re-center the front axle and maintain proper steering geometry.
• Rear Geometry Correction: Fabricated coil spacer, track bar relocation bracket, bump stop extensions, and sway bar links keep the rear axle properly positioned and the air ride system working as intended.
• Shock Options: Choose BDS NX2 Nitro Series (nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends, 1-3/8 inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, silver powder coat finish) or FOX 2.0 Performance Series (2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, IFP monotube design, CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum ends, 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston, application-specific valving, clear anodized finish).
• Front sway bar correction maintains on-road handling performance after lift.

Note: This kit is specifically engineered for diesel-powered RAM 2500 trucks equipped with factory rear air ride suspension. Gas models and non-air-ride configurations are not covered by this fitment.

Important Installation Note

When installing the rear air ride system in conjunction with a 4-Link or radius arm drop bracket system, use the provided air tank spacers included in this kit to maintain proper clearance to the brackets.

Shipping & Lead Times

Lift kits ship directly from BDS Suspension. Lead times can vary based on shock option selected and current manufacturer stock. Contact us prior to ordering if you need an estimated ship date or have questions about your specific build. Oversized freight shipping charges may apply.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.

Order Processing

If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

• You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
• Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Freight & Oversize Items

• Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
• Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
• Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

International Orders

• Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
• Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
• Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
• A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Non-Returnable Items

• Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
3. Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Refunds

• Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
• For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.

Warranty
