xUpgrade the stance, ground clearance, and suspension performance of your Chevy Silverado 1500 or GMC Sierra 1500 2WD (2007–2013) with the BDS 4.5-Inch Lift Kit. Engineered to provide improved ride quality, stronger suspension geometry, and increased off-road capability, this complete suspension system allows clearance for up to 33-inch tires while maintaining excellent on-road handling.
This system features BDS’s high-clearance suspension design, utilizing heavy-duty crossmembers, steering knuckles, and suspension components to properly correct suspension geometry at the new ride height. The CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles maintain proper steering angles and compatibility with factory stability control systems while providing exceptional strength and durability.
The front suspension uses full-length strut spacers, high-arched crossmembers, and differential relocation components to maintain proper drivetrain angles while increasing ground clearance. Additional components such as sway bar brackets, brake line brackets, bump stop extensions, and installation hardware create a complete suspension system built for reliability and performance.
In the rear, this kit uses Glide-Ride leaf springs to provide lift while maintaining factory ride quality and load capacity. The system also includes NX2 Nitro Series nitrogen-charged shocks, which use velocity-sensitive valving and twin-tube construction to deliver improved ride control and durability for both daily driving and off-road use.

Shipping & Return
xShipping
We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
Many products include a manufacturer warranty. We’re happy to help facilitate claims—reach out with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
