xUpgrade the stance, ride quality, and off-road capability of your 2007–2014 Chevy Avalanche, Suburban, Tahoe, or GMC Yukon 1500 4WD with the BDS 4 Inch Lift Kit featuring FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coilover Shocks. Designed for improved performance both on and off the road, this suspension system delivers increased ground clearance, improved suspension geometry, and the strength needed for aggressive driving conditions.
At the core of this system are FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilover shocks equipped with remote reservoirs and Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjusters. These premium shocks provide increased damping capacity and allow drivers to precisely tune compression settings for a wide range of terrain and driving conditions. The larger shock body improves heat dissipation and ensures consistent performance during extended off-road use.
The front suspension incorporates high-clearance laser-cut crossmembers constructed from 1/4-inch thick steel, providing improved ground clearance while strengthening the suspension system. A multipoint differential relocation system helps maintain proper CV axle operating angles while protecting drivetrain components.
To maintain proper steering geometry at the lifted ride height, the system includes CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles that work with factory tie rod ends to retain ESC compatibility and deliver stable, predictable handling. Additional components such as sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, bump stop extensions, and CV spacers ensure proper suspension operation and long-term durability.
In the rear, the system uses heavy-duty coil spring spacers to lift and level the vehicle while maintaining factory ride quality and load capacity. The suspension system is completed with precision-tuned FOX Performance Series rear shocks designed to provide improved ride comfort and off-road damping control.
With clearance for up to 33-inch tires, this BDS lift kit provides an aggressive stance, improved trail capability, and the durability required for both daily driving and off-road adventures.

Shipping & Return
xShipping
We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
