Description
xUpgrade the capability, ground clearance, and stance of your 2019–2024 Ram 1500 4WD equipped with factory air ride suspension with the BDS 4 Inch Lift Kit. Designed specifically for Ram 1500 trucks with the factory air suspension system, this kit increases ride height while maintaining proper suspension geometry and factory air ride functionality.
The front suspension system utilizes top-mounted strut spacers, heavy-duty high-clearance crossmembers, differential relocation brackets, and skid plates engineered to improve strength and protect critical drivetrain components during demanding off-road use. Steering geometry is corrected using CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends, maintaining proper steering angles and compatibility with the factory electronic stability control system.
Heavy-duty ¼-inch laser-cut crossmembers maximize ground clearance while forming a rigid subframe when combined with the integrated skid plate system. This design improves off-road durability while protecting key suspension components.
In the rear, the system is specifically engineered to retain factory air ride suspension functionality. The kit includes top-mounted air bag spacers, rear upper control arm relocation brackets, track bar relocation brackets, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, new air lines, and ride height sensor brackets to ensure proper air suspension operation at the lifted height.
The system is paired with NX2 Nitro Series shocks or optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks, delivering improved damping performance, ride control, and durability.
Designed as a complete bolt-on suspension system, this BDS lift kit improves off-road capability and provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires, giving your Ram 1500 a more aggressive stance while maintaining factory ride comfort.

Shipping & Return

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
