• Steering Correction: Forged drop pitman arm paired with a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket optimizes steering geometry, minimizes steering angle, and keeps components in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
• Heavy-Duty Radius Arm Drop Brackets: Maintain proper suspension geometry at the new ride height.
• Front and Rear Track Bar Relocation: Re-positions both axles for correct alignment after lift.
• Sway Bar Correction: Front sway bar relocation and rear sway bar links preserve handling performance on and off-road.
• Transfer Case Indexing Ring & New Transmission Crossmember: Allows continued use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height.
• Bump Stop Extensions & Brake Line Brackets: Included to support the increased ride height and travel.
• Shock Choice - BDS NX2 Nitro Series: Nitrogen-charged twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends, 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and silver powder coat finish.

Important Notes

• Requires exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft at full suspension droop. Steps are outlined in the included instructions.
• Compatible with the factory rear power hop damper.
• Installation is best performed by a qualified shop familiar with heavy-duty lift kit installs. A professional alignment is required after installation.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.

Order Processing

If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

• You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
• Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Freight & Oversize Items

• Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
• Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
• Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

International Orders

• Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
• Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
• Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
• A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Non-Returnable Items

• Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
3. Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Refunds

• Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
• For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.

Warranty
