Returns Related to Installation or Use Products that have been installed, test-fitted, modified, or show signs of use are not eligible for return or refund. Freight and oversized items must be inspected upon delivery, and any damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may void damage claims or return eligibility.
