Key Features

• 4-Link Conversion: Bolt-on upgrade replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms with HD upper and lower control arms mounted to high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets, optimizing suspension geometry, improving caster control, and adding strength and stability.
• Diesel-Specific Pro-Ride Coil Springs: Full-length, progressive rate front coils tuned for the added weight of the diesel engine, delivering proper lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across varied terrain.
• Steering Correction: Forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angles, paired with a heavy duty track bar drop bracket to recenter the front axle and keep steering components in phase through suspension travel.
• Front Sway Bar Correction: Maintains on-road handling performance after the lift.
• Rear Suspension Components: High-strength fabricated lift block, heavy duty air bag spacer, and longer u-bolts work together to lift the rear while preserving the factory air ride function.
• Shock Options: Choose between BDS NX2 Nitro Series or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks, both tuned to match the kit.
  • NX2 Nitro Series: Nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends, 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and silver powder coat finish.
  • FOX 2.0 Performance Series: 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston, application-specific valving, and clear anodized finish.
• Complete Kit: Includes bump stops, brake line brackets, and all hardware needed for a proper install.

Important Notes

• A carrier bearing drop is required for models equipped with a two-piece rear drive shaft.
• Some vehicles may require rear driveshaft spacer kit 122007 to maintain adequate rear driveshaft engagement.
• Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with suspension and steering systems. Professional alignment is required after installation.

Shipping & Lead Times

Lead times vary based on shock option and current manufacturer stock. Please contact us prior to ordering if you need an estimated ship date for your build timeline. Oversized freight charges may apply.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.

Order Processing

If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

• You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
• Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Freight & Oversize Items

• Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
• Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
• Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

International Orders

• Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
• Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
• Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
• A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Non-Returnable Items

• Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
3. Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Refunds

• Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
• For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.

Warranty
