Description
xUpgrade the stance, suspension performance, and off-road capability of your 2011–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD gas truck with the BDS 4 Inch Radius Arm Lift Kit. Designed to improve ground clearance while maintaining proper suspension geometry, this system provides the strength, ride quality, and reliability expected from BDS Suspension.
The front suspension system features gas-specific Pro-Ride dual-rate coil springs engineered to provide the correct lift height while delivering a smooth, controlled ride across a wide range of terrain. These springs are paired with heavy-duty tubular radius arms, replacing the factory stamped steel arms to increase suspension strength while correcting caster and improving overall handling.
To maintain proper steering geometry at the lifted ride height, the kit includes a forged drop pitman arm and heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket, helping keep the steering system properly aligned and the front axle centered throughout suspension travel.
Additional front components include sway bar relocation brackets and brake line brackets, ensuring proper operation of factory components after lifting the vehicle.
In the rear, the system raises the truck using high-strength fabricated lift blocks or optional replacement leaf springs, along with extended U-bolts and matching shocks to maintain proper axle positioning and ride stability.
The system is paired with NX2 Nitro Series gas shocks or optional FOX Performance Series shocks, providing improved damping performance, better control, and enhanced ride comfort both on and off road.
Designed as a complete bolt-on suspension system, this BDS lift kit delivers improved durability, increased capability, and clearance for up to 35-inch tires, giving your Super Duty the aggressive stance and performance needed for demanding use.

Shipping & Return
xShipping
We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
