Key Features

• HD Tubular Radius Arms – High-strength tubular construction replaces the factory stamped steel arms, mounts in the factory location, offers caster adjustment across a wide range of lift heights, and uses an OE-style rubber bushing at the frame mount for smooth, quiet, service-free operation.
• Pro-Ride Coil Springs – Full-length, diesel-specific, progressive-rate coils made from high tensile steel with properly sized wire diameter for maximum reliability, correct lift height, and predictable ride quality without premature coil bind.
• Steering Correction – Forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle and pairs with a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep components in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
• Driveline Geometry Correction – HD transmission crossmember and transfer case indexing ring correct front driveline angles and allow continued use of the factory front driveshaft.
• Air Ride Compatible Rear – Heavy-duty air bag spacers, track bar relocation bracket, bump stop extensions, and sway bar links retain factory rear air ride function while delivering the full 4-inch lift.
• Front Sway Bar Correction – Maintains on-road handling performance after lift.
• Shock Options – Choose between BDS NX2 Nitro Series or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

Shock Options

NX2 Nitro Series: Nitrogen-charged, twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends, a 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.

FOX 2.0 Performance Series: 2-inch impact-extruded aluminum body with internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston, application-specific valving, and a clear anodized finish.

• This kit is designed for factory rear air ride equipped trucks only. Verify your truck's rear suspension before ordering.
• Trimming may be required depending on tire and wheel combination.
• Professional installation is recommended. Proper alignment is required after installation.
• Lead times may vary based on shock option selected and current manufacturer availability. Please contact us for current lead time and shipping estimates before placing your order if timing is critical to your build.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.

Order Processing

If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

• You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
• Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Freight & Oversize Items

• Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
• Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
• Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

International Orders

• Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
• Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
• Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
• A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Non-Returnable Items

• Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
3. Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Refunds

• Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
• For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.

Warranty
