Upgrade your 2014–2018 Ram 2500 4WD gas truck equipped with factory rear air ride with the BDS Suspension 5.5-inch 4-Link Lift Kit. Designed to improve stance, suspension geometry, and off-road capability, this system provides the clearance needed to run up to 37-inch tires while maintaining excellent ride quality and stability.

At the front, the system features gas-specific Pro-Ride progressive rate coil springs, heavy-duty 4-link control arms with conversion brackets, and steering correction components including a forged drop pitman arm and track bar relocation bracket. These components work together to maintain proper steering geometry and improve suspension performance at the increased ride height.

To ensure proper driveline operation at this lift height, BDS includes a transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember. These components correct front driveline angles and allow continued use of the factory front driveshaft.

In the rear, the kit is engineered specifically for trucks equipped with factory air ride suspension. It includes heavy-duty air bag spacers, track bar relocation bracket, sway bar links, bump stop extensions, and ride height sensor relocation brackets. These components maintain full air suspension functionality while keeping the system operating within its intended range of motion.

The suspension system is completed with precision-tuned BDS NX2 Nitro shocks or optional FOX Performance Series shocks, delivering improved damping control, ride comfort, and off-road performance.

Engineered for durability and tested in demanding environments, this BDS lift kit provides the strength, performance, and reliability needed to take your Ram 2500 to the next level.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.

Order Processing

If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

  • You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
  • Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Freight & Oversize Items

  • Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
  • Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
  • Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

International Orders

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
  • Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
  • Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
  • A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
  2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
  3. Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
  • For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
