Description
xUpgrade the stance and suspension performance of your 2019–2026 Ram 2500 4WD gas truck with the BDS 5.5 Inch Radius Arm Lift Kit. Designed to increase ground clearance while maintaining excellent ride quality and handling, this suspension system delivers improved off-road capability and a commanding lifted appearance.
The front suspension features gas-specific Pro-Ride progressive rate coil springs, engineered to deliver the proper lift height while maintaining smooth ride quality across varying terrain. These high-strength springs are manufactured from premium tensile steel and designed to provide consistent performance without premature coil bind.
To replace the factory stamped steel components, the system includes heavy-duty tubular radius arms that improve strength and suspension control while allowing caster adjustment for proper alignment at lifted ride heights. These arms mount directly into the factory locations and utilize OE-style rubber bushings to ensure quiet operation and long-term reliability.
Steering geometry is corrected using a forged drop pitman arm paired with a heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket, ensuring proper alignment between the track bar and drag link while keeping the front axle centered through suspension travel.
At this lift height, driveline alignment is maintained with the included transfer case indexing ring and heavy-duty transmission crossmember, allowing the continued use of the factory front driveshaft while correcting driveline angles.
In the rear, the suspension is raised using progressive rate Pro-Ride rear coil springs, along with a track bar relocation bracket, bump stop extensions, and sway bar links to maintain proper axle positioning and suspension travel. The system is paired with NX2 Nitro Series shocks or optional FOX Performance Series shocks, providing improved ride control and damping performance both on and off road.
This complete bolt-on suspension system increases ground clearance and allows clearance for up to 37-inch tires, giving your Ram 2500 the aggressive lifted stance and capability expected from a heavy-duty truck.

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
