Description
xUpgrade the stance and suspension capability of your 2019–2024 Ram 3500 4WD gas truck equipped with factory rear air ride using the BDS 5.5 Inch Radius Arm Lift Kit. Engineered specifically for trucks with the factory rear air suspension system, this kit delivers increased ground clearance, improved suspension geometry, and dependable off-road performance.
The front suspension utilizes gas-specific Pro-Ride progressive rate coil springs, designed to deliver the correct lift height while maintaining a smooth and predictable ride across a variety of terrain conditions. These high-strength springs are built from premium tensile steel and engineered to maintain consistent performance without premature coil bind.
To improve suspension durability and handling, the factory stamped steel radius arms are replaced with heavy-duty tubular radius arms. These arms mount directly in the factory locations and provide caster adjustment to maintain proper alignment at lifted ride heights while utilizing OE-style rubber bushings for quiet and maintenance-free operation.
Steering geometry is corrected using a forged drop pitman arm paired with a heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket, keeping the steering linkage and track bar properly aligned while maintaining accurate front axle positioning throughout suspension travel.
Because of the increased lift height, the system includes a transfer case indexing ring and heavy-duty transmission crossmember to maintain correct driveline angles and allow continued use of the factory front driveshaft.
In the rear, the system is designed specifically for Ram 3500 trucks equipped with factory rear air suspension, utilizing heavy-duty air bag spacers, lift blocks, and extended hardware to maintain proper suspension travel and ride height calibration. The suspension system is completed with NX2 Nitro Series shocks or optional FOX Performance Series shocks, providing improved damping performance and ride control.
This complete bolt-on suspension system increases ground clearance while allowing clearance for up to 37-inch tires, giving your Ram 3500 a more aggressive stance and enhanced off-road capability.

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
