Important Notes

• Vehicles with radius arm mounted ride height sensors will require BDS123303.
• Vehicles with leaf spring ride height sensors must select the rear block option.
• If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required: BDS123402.
• Ford recommends replacement of the pitman arm nut each time it is removed.
• Use a small pitman arm puller to remove the drag link joint and steering stabilizer taper.
• Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 406 ft-lbs.
• Tremor models will not net the full advertised lift height due to taller factory ride height; final ride height will match standard models.
• Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to interference with brake line, radius arm, and sway bar. Use the recommended wheel and tire specs listed above.
• Minor trimming may be necessary for clearance of 37x12.50 tires on certain wheel setups.
• Recalibration of your vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, LiDAR, and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center to maintain proper function of lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control, and similar features. As with a wheel alignment, all related charges are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.

Order Processing

If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

• You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
• Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Freight & Oversize Items

• Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
• Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
• Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

International Orders

• Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
• Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
• Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
• A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Non-Returnable Items

• Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
3. Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Refunds

• Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
• For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.

Warranty
