Installation Notes

This kit is a serious build and we recommend professional installation. A torsion bar tool is required to load and unload the torsion bars during the install. Plan on a full day or more in the shop, and confirm you have the wheel, tire, and clearance setup planned before beginning.

Important Notes & Exclusions

• 3-inch rear block kit is recommended for dually applications. The 5-inch rear block kit will not fit dually applications.
• Factory 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled.
• Factory 20x8.5-inch wheels with 6.18-inch backspacing may fit with a maximum 37x12.50 tire on certain sidewall profiles due to clearance with the steering knuckle and sway bar. A minimum 1/4-inch wheel spacer may be required depending on tire sidewall variation. Wider tires will cause clearance issues with the steering knuckle.
• Factory dually wheels cannot be reinstalled.
• Models equipped with a two-piece rear driveshaft may require BDS part #121612 (sold separately).
• If minor front driveline vibration occurs at highway speeds while in 4WD and the truck is regularly driven in that condition, a dual Cardan style front driveshaft replacement is recommended.

Shipping & Lead Times

Most BDS lift kits ship directly from the manufacturer. Lead times vary based on component and shock option availability, especially for FOX 2.5 Performance Elite configurations. Please reach out to PAD Overland for current stock status and an estimated ship date before placing your order if timing is critical to your build.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.

Order Processing

If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

• You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
• Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Freight & Oversize Items

• Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
• Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
• Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

International Orders

• Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
• Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
• Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
• A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Non-Returnable Items

• Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
3. Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Refunds

• Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
• For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.

Warranty

Many products include a manufacturer warranty. We’re happy to help facilitate claims—reach out with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
