Description
xTransform your 2007–2013 Chevy Silverado 1500 or GMC Sierra 1500 4WD with the proven performance of the BDS 6-Inch Lift Kit. Engineered for improved stance, increased ground clearance, and serious off-road capability, this system allows clearance for up to 35" tires while maintaining excellent on-road handling.
Up front, BDS utilizes a high-clearance crossmember design combined with differential relocation brackets to correct CV angles and maintain proper driveline geometry. Heavy-duty CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles restore steering geometry and maintain ESC system compatibility at the taller ride height.
A full skid plate system adds protection underneath, while sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and all necessary hardware complete a comprehensive front suspension upgrade.
In the rear, choose between cast lift blocks or full Glide-Ride replacement leaf springs. The lift block option retains factory ride quality and load capacity, while the multi-leaf Glide-Ride springs reduce axle wrap and deliver a smoother, more controlled ride.
Rear shock options include NX2 Nitro Series or upgraded FOX 2.0 Performance Series for enhanced ride comfort and off-road control.
Built with strength, geometry correction, and durability in mind, this BDS 6" system is ready for daily driving, towing, and aggressive off-road use.

Shipping & Return
xShipping
We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
