Rear Shock Options

BDS NX2 Nitro Series: Nitrogen-charged twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends, 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and silver powder coat finish.

FOX 2.0 Performance Series: 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston with application-specific valving, and clear anodized finish.

Rear Lift Sizing

These trucks sit 1 to 3 inches tail-high from the factory. Measure your truck before ordering to choose the correct rear spring height.

• 3-inch coil springs — use if your truck is 3 inches tail-high from the factory
• 5-inch coil springs — use if your truck is level to 1 inch tail-high from the factory

Recommended Tire & Wheel Combinations

Trimming may be required.

• 37 x 13.5 with 17 x 9, 4.5-inch backspacing
• 37 x 13.5 with 18 x 9, 5-inch backspacing
• 37 x 13.5 with 20 x 9, 5-inch backspacing

Important Notes

• Part numbers 022209, 022309, and 022509 can be substituted to achieve the desired stance — measure your truck first.
• The Rack and Pinion steering system is highly sensitive to out-of-round or out-of-balance tire/wheel combinations. Larger diameters and reduced backspacing increase this sensitivity and can cause minor steering wheel shimmy.
• Not recommended for AWD models.
• Stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled. Stock 20-inch wheels can be reinstalled with factory tires.
• TRX models gain approximately 1 inch of additional lift with this kit, which is not recommended due to possible CV shaft vibration. For TRX trucks, consider the BDS 4-inch lift system for 5 inches of lift, or replace the TRX struts with standard struts to run this kit.
• Professional installation is recommended. Always perform a post-install alignment.

Shipping & Lead Times

Lead times vary based on shock selection and current BDS stock levels. Contact us before ordering if you need an estimated ship date for your build timeline. Oversized freight charges may apply at checkout.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.

Order Processing

If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

• You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
• Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Freight & Oversize Items

• Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
• Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
• Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

International Orders

• Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
• Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
• Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
• A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Non-Returnable Items

• Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
3. Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Refunds

• Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
• For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.

Warranty
