Description
xUpgrade the stance, ground clearance, and off-road capability of your 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD with the BDS 6 Inch Lift Kit. Engineered for improved performance and durability, this complete suspension system provides increased ride height while allowing clearance for up to 37-inch tires without sacrificing ride quality or handling.
The front suspension utilizes high-clearance crossmembers constructed from ¼-inch thick steel, providing improved strength and ground clearance while forming a rigid subframe structure. To maintain proper driveline angles, the kit includes multi-point differential relocation brackets and CV spacers, ensuring the front drivetrain operates smoothly after lifting the vehicle.
Steering geometry is corrected using CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles paired with replacement tie rod ends to maintain proper steering angles and preserve factory electronic stability control compatibility. Additional components such as sway bar drop brackets, bump stop extensions, stainless steel braided brake lines, and installation hardware ensure the suspension system performs reliably at the new ride height.
In the rear, the system uses progressive-rate Pro-Ride coil springs to lift and level the truck while maintaining a smooth and controlled ride. Rear suspension geometry is corrected with upper control arm relocation brackets and a track bar relocation bracket, helping maintain proper pinion angle and axle positioning. The rear suspension is completed with bump stop extensions, sway bar links, and your choice of NX2 Nitro Series shocks or optional FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks for improved damping performance both on-road and off-road.
Engineered as a complete bolt-on suspension system, this BDS lift kit delivers increased off-road capability, improved ride quality, and the aggressive lifted stance Ram 1500 trucks are known for.

Shipping & Return
xShipping
We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
