• HD Tubular Radius Arms – High-strength tubular replacements for the factory stamped steel arms, offering caster adjustment for a wide range of lift heights and OE-style rubber bushings at the frame mount for smooth, quiet, service-free operation.
• Diesel-Specific Pro-Ride Coil Springs – Full-length, progressive rate coils made from high tensile steel with properly sized wire diameter for the correct lift height, predictable ride, and resistance to premature coil bind.
• Heavy-Duty Radius Arm Drop Brackets – Maintain proper suspension geometry at the new ride height.
• Forged Drop Pitman Arm & Track Bar Drop Bracket – Minimize steering angle and recenter the front axle to keep steering geometry in phase through suspension travel.
• Rear Air Ride Components – Heavy-duty air bag spacers, track bar relocation bracket, bump stop extensions, and new air ride leveling sensor brackets to maintain factory ride height performance and full air bag range of motion.
• Driveline Correction – HD transmission crossmember and transfer case indexing ring allow continued use of the factory front driveshaft.
• Sway Bar Correction – Front sway bar relocation and rear sway bar links preserve handling performance.
• Brake Line Brackets – Properly reposition brake lines for the new suspension travel.
• Shock Options – Choose between BDS NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks, tuned to match the kit.

Shock Options

BDS NX2 Nitro Series: Nitrogen-charged twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends, 1-3/8" high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.

FOX 2.0 Performance Series: 2" impact extruded aluminum body with internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, 5/8" hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston, application-specific valving, and a clear anodized finish.

Recommended Tires & Wheels

Clearance for up to 37" tires (trimming may be required):

• 37x12.5 with 17x9, 4.5" backspacing
• 37x12.5 with 18x9, 5" backspacing
• 37x12.5 with 20x9, 5" backspacing

Important Notes

• This kit is designed exclusively for trucks equipped with the factory OE rear air ride system. It is not compatible with standard coil-spring rear suspension models.
• Professional installation is recommended due to the complexity of the steering, driveline, and air ride components involved.
• Some trimming may be required to run the recommended 37" tire setups.
• Please confirm your exact submodel, drive type, and rear suspension configuration before ordering.

Shipping & Lead Times

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.

Order Processing

If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

• You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
• Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Freight & Oversize Items

• Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
• Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
• Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

International Orders

• Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
• Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
• Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
• A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Non-Returnable Items

• Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
3. Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Refunds

• Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
• For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
