Designed for drivers who demand serious performance from their heavy-duty truck, this suspension system delivers improved ride quality, enhanced articulation, and the strength required for aggressive off-road use while providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires.
At the core of this system is the BDS 4-Link suspension conversion, replacing the factory suspension geometry with a stronger and more capable design. Heavy-duty upper and lower control arms work with high-strength mounting brackets to improve axle positioning and reduce caster change during suspension travel. This allows the suspension to cycle more naturally while maintaining improved steering stability and control both on the road and off the pavement.
Up front, the system features FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilover shocks with remote reservoirs and Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjusters. These race-inspired coilovers provide exceptional damping performance and allow drivers to fine-tune suspension settings for different terrain conditions, driving styles, or vehicle loads. The coilovers mount directly in the factory coil spring bucket location for a clean bolt-on installation while providing significant improvements in ride comfort and off-road performance.
To maintain proper steering geometry after lifting the vehicle, the kit includes a front adjustable track bar that allows the front axle to be precisely re-centered. Sway bar correction components are also included to ensure proper suspension operation and maintain predictable handling characteristics at the lifted ride height.
In the rear, the system is complemented by FOX 2.5 Performance Elite remote reservoir shocks, delivering consistent damping performance even under extreme off-road conditions. The included heavy-duty rear lift block system raises the rear suspension to match the front lift while maintaining proper driveline alignment and ride stability.
Because lifting a heavy-duty truck can alter drivetrain angles, BDS includes a transfer case indexing ring option to maintain proper driveshaft alignment and improve overall drivetrain reliability. This ensures smooth power delivery while reducing stress on drivetrain components.
For drivers pushing their trucks through aggressive off-road environments, optional FOX 2.0 hydraulic bump stops can be added to provide an additional layer of suspension control during full compression events. These bump stops help absorb heavy impacts when encountering large obstacles or landing after high-speed terrain transitions.

Shipping & Return

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
