• Rear track bar relocation bracket to reposition the rear axle after lift
• Heavy-duty air bag spacers, bump stop extensions, and sway bar links for proper rear suspension function
• New air ride leveling sensor brackets that re-position the factory ride height sensors to maintain full air bag range of motion and OE-like ride behavior
• HD transmission crossmember and transfer case indexing ring to correct front driveline angles and allow continued use of the factory front driveshaft

Recommended Tires & Wheels

Clearance for up to 37-inch tires (trimming may be required):

• 37 x 12.5 with 17 x 9 wheels and 4.5-inch backspace
• 37 x 12.5 with 18 x 9 wheels and 5-inch backspace
• 37 x 12.5 with 20 x 9 wheels and 5-inch backspace

Fitment

Fits 2014-2018 RAM 2500 4WD Diesel trucks equipped with factory OE air ride suspension only. Compatible submodels include Big Horn, Laramie, Laramie Limited, Laramie Longhorn, Limited (2016-2018), Lone Star, Outdoorsman, SLT, ST, and Tradesman. Outdoorsman submodels are listed as ALL drive types; verify your truck is 4WD diesel with factory air ride before ordering.

Important Notes

• This kit is designed for factory OE air ride trucks only and will not work on coil-sprung RAM 2500 models
• Trimming may be required to run 37-inch tires depending on wheel offset and backspacing
• Professional installation is recommended due to the complexity of the 4-Link conversion, transfer case indexing, and air ride sensor relocation
• Contact us prior to ordering for current lead times and shipping details, as availability and freight requirements may vary on suspension kits of this size

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.

Order Processing

If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

• You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
• Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Freight & Oversize Items

• Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
• Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
• Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

International Orders

• Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
• Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
• Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
• A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Non-Returnable Items

• Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
3. Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Refunds

• Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
• For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.

Warranty
