xTake your heavy-duty truck to the next level with the BDS Suspension NX2 6 Inch 4-Link Lift Kit for the Ram 3500 4WD Diesel with factory rear air ride (2019–2024). Engineered to improve stance, suspension geometry, and off-road capability, this system provides the strength and performance needed for demanding driving conditions while allowing clearance for up to 37-inch tires.
At the front, the kit replaces the factory radius arm setup with a heavy-duty BDS 4-link conversion system. This design improves suspension geometry, strengthens axle positioning, and helps maintain proper caster throughout suspension travel. Heavy-duty upper and lower control arms mount to high-strength steel brackets for improved durability and stability on and off the road.
Diesel-specific Pro-Ride progressive rate coil springs provide the proper lift height while maintaining a smooth and predictable ride. Steering geometry is corrected with a forged drop pitman arm and track bar relocation bracket, helping keep the front axle centered while maintaining precise steering response.
At six inches of lift, driveline geometry must be corrected to allow continued use of the factory front driveshaft. This kit includes a transfer case indexing ring and high-clearance transmission crossmember to properly align the driveline and maintain reliable drivetrain operation.
For trucks equipped with factory rear auto-level air suspension, BDS includes heavy-duty air bag spacers, lift blocks, add-a-leaf springs, and extended U-bolts to properly lift the rear while maintaining the functionality of the air ride system. The suspension system is completed with BDS NX2 Nitro Series shocks, delivering improved ride comfort, stability, and off-road performance.

Shipping & Return

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
