• Front and rear shock options: standard NX2 Nitro Series (nitrogen-charged, twin-tube, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends, 1-3/8" high-flow piston) or upgraded FOX 2.0 Performance Series (2" extruded aluminum body, IFP monotube design, 5/8" hard chrome heat-treated alloy steel shaft, application-specific valving)
• Rear lift options: 4-inch fabricated steel block kit with longer U-bolts, or 6-inch progressive multi-leaf springs that eliminate the lift block, reduce axle wrap, and maintain factory payload ratings
• Clearance for up to 37x12.50 tires on 20x9 wheels with 4.5" backspacing (minor trimming may be required)

Important Notes & Exclusions

• Removal of the factory rear block is required for installation.
• Using the 4-inch rear block kit produces a "pre-runner" stance with the rear sitting 2" lower than the front. Choose the 6-inch rear leaf spring option for a level stance.
• These trucks were built with and without top-mounted overload springs on the rear leaf pack. Identify which configuration your truck has before ordering. A top-mounted overload is a separate leaf positioned above the main pack.
• If your truck is equipped with a carrier bearing, part number 123402 must be added in the options section.
• Front driveline vibration is extremely rare but possible.
• Gas models may require front exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft (note: this kit fits diesel applications).
• Included U-bolts will not fit dually models.
• The dropped pitman arm will not fit 10-lug wide track F-350 models.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.

Order Processing

If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

• You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
• Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Freight & Oversize Items

• Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
• Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
• Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

International Orders

• Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
• Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
• Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
• A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Non-Returnable Items

• Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
3. Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Refunds

• Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
• For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.

Warranty
