xUpgrade the performance and capability of your truck with the BDS 6 Inch Radius Arm Lift Kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-Over Conversion, designed for Ram 2500 diesel 4WD trucks (2019–2024). This premium suspension system delivers improved ride quality, increased suspension travel, and aggressive styling while maintaining the durability expected from BDS Suspension.
The system replaces the factory suspension components with heavy-duty tubular radius arms, engineered to improve suspension strength and maintain proper caster throughout suspension travel. These arms mount in the factory locations and feature OE-style rubber bushings to deliver smooth, quiet, and maintenance-free operation.
Up front, the kit features a coilover conversion system with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks equipped with remote reservoirs and DSC adjusters. These high-performance shocks provide exceptional damping control and allow precise suspension tuning for both on-road comfort and off-road performance.
In the rear, FOX 2.5 Performance Elite reservoir shocks maintain consistent damping performance and improve ride control across rough terrain. Steering geometry is corrected using upgraded suspension components including an adjustable track bar and sway bar correction brackets to ensure predictable handling at the lifted ride height.
To maintain proper driveline angles after lifting, the kit includes a transfer case indexing ring designed specifically for diesel Ram trucks. Optional hydraulic bump stops can also be added to improve suspension control during aggressive off-road driving.
This BDS lift kit allows clearance for up to 37-inch tires with the proper wheel specifications, making it an excellent upgrade for Ram 2500 owners looking for improved off-road capability, ride quality, and aggressive styling.

Shipping & Return
xShipping
We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
Many products include a manufacturer warranty. We’re happy to help facilitate claims—reach out with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
