xUpgrade your Super Duty with the BDS 7 Inch Lift Kit with 4-Link Conversion and FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coilover Suspension, engineered specifically for 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty diesel 4WD trucks. Designed to dramatically improve off-road capability while maintaining excellent on-road comfort, this premium suspension system delivers superior ride quality, improved suspension geometry, and aggressive stance.
The system replaces the factory radius arm setup with a heavy-duty BDS 4-Link conversion, providing improved axle positioning, better handling characteristics, and increased stability throughout the suspension cycle. Heavy-duty upper and lower control arms maintain proper caster during wheel travel, improving both steering feel and suspension articulation.
At the front, the kit includes FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilover shocks with remote reservoirs and Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjusters, allowing precise suspension tuning with separate high-speed and low-speed compression settings. These race-proven shocks deliver exceptional control on rough terrain while maintaining a smooth ride during daily driving.
To maintain proper driveline geometry, BDS includes a transfer case indexing ring and high-clearance transmission crossmember, allowing the factory driveshaft to operate correctly at the increased ride height. Steering performance is preserved with a track bar relocation bracket and forged drop pitman arm, ensuring proper steering angles and confident handling.
In the rear, the system utilizes progressive multi-leaf lift springs designed to reduce axle wrap, improve ride control, and maintain factory payload capacity. Paired with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite rear shocks, the suspension delivers balanced damping and performance for both highway driving and demanding off-road conditions.
With clearance for up to 38-inch tires, the BDS 7 Inch 4-Link Lift Kit with FOX Performance Elite suspension provides the strength, durability, and performance required for serious Super Duty builds.

Shipping & Return

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
