xUpgrade the stance, capability, and off-road performance of your 2023–2026 Ford F350 Super Duty DRW diesel 4WD with the BDS 7-inch Radius Arm Lift Kit featuring FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO shocks. Engineered specifically for dually Super Duty trucks, this premium suspension system delivers improved ground clearance, better suspension geometry, and the strength needed for both demanding work applications and aggressive off-road driving.
This system replaces the factory suspension components with heavy-duty tubular radius arms, Pro-Ride dual-rate coil springs, and steering correction components designed to maintain proper alignment and drivability at the increased ride height. The upgraded radius arms correct caster angles while providing superior strength and improved ground clearance compared to the factory stamped arms.
To maintain optimal steering geometry and axle positioning, the kit includes a track bar relocation bracket and forged drop pitman arm, helping keep the steering system operating smoothly while reducing bump steer and improving overall handling.
Because of the increased lift height, the system includes a transfer case indexing ring to maintain proper driveshaft alignment and allow continued use of the factory front driveshaft.
In the rear, the kit utilizes high-strength fabricated lift blocks and longer U-bolts to properly level the truck while maintaining factory load capacity. The suspension is paired with FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO shocks, which feature Hydraulic Top Out technology for improved rebound control, enhanced ride quality, and superior performance both on-road and off-road.

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
