Description
xUpgrade your heavy-duty truck with the BDS 8 Inch 4-Link Lift Kit designed for Ram 2500 diesel 4WD trucks (2019-2024). Engineered to improve stance, suspension performance, and off-road capability, this premium suspension system provides the clearance needed to run larger tires while maintaining excellent ride quality and durability.
The system replaces the factory radius arm suspension with a heavy-duty 4-link control arm conversion, improving suspension geometry, handling stability, and overall strength. High-strength mounting brackets and control arms help maintain proper caster throughout suspension travel while increasing durability in demanding driving conditions.
Diesel-specific Pro-Ride progressive rate coil springs deliver the proper lift height while maintaining smooth ride quality on and off the road. Steering geometry is corrected using a forged drop pitman arm and heavy-duty track bar bracket to maintain predictable steering response after lifting.
To maintain proper driveline angles at this lift height, the kit includes a transfer case indexing ring and upgraded transmission crossmember. In the rear, the system relocates the coil spring mounting position to improve suspension stability and eliminate coil bowing while maintaining load-carrying capability and ride comfort.
A rear track bar relocation system and adjustable track bar ensure the axle remains centered under the vehicle. Extended sway bar links and high-performance NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance shocks complete the system, delivering improved ride control both on-road and off-road.

Shipping & Return

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
Many products include a manufacturer warranty. We’re happy to help facilitate claims—reach out with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
