The MORRFlate Caps are designed to keep your 3 tooth locking collar air chucks and couplers clean! Let's face it, tires get dirty. In order to work on dirty things a MORRFlate has to get dirty.

Over time dirt, sand, mud, and grime will get into ANY air chuck while offroading. Help your MORRFlate's air chucks last longer between cleanings with these caps. You can also use them to help keep any air couplers clean too! If you do need to clean them, check out our Maintenance Guide

While you're at it, keep your valve stems clean too!

In order to keep your MORRFlate working evenly on all tires, it is extremely important to keep your valve stems clean! The valve core already restricts air flow so much... if there is ANY bit of dirt, sand, or debris in your valve stems (even 1 grain of sand!), then your MORRFlate 4 Tire Kit won't be able to evenly inflate or deflate your tires.

But, at the same time, who wants to sit there and spend the time to unscrew and screw on your valve stem caps? Especially if it's raining, snowing, or just a really cold morning in Moab and your fingers don't want to work. Simply grab the EZ Pull top of these bad boys and pull them off your valve stem! When you're done, just push them back on.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.

Order Processing

If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

  • You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
  • Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Freight & Oversize Items

  • Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
  • Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
  • Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

International Orders

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
  • Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
  • Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
  • A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
  2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
  3. Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
  • For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.

Warranty

Many products include a manufacturer warranty. We’re happy to help facilitate claims—reach out with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
