Shadowmarq Industries set out to find the best leaf spring fabricator in the offroad community. That landed us at Deaver Spring Inc, the go-to shop for the best builds in ride performance and comfort.
Our goal was to make a leaf spring for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans that are better than what’s available now. With the way Deaver fabricates their leaf pack designs, and the use of top-quality 5160 USA steel, it was a no-brainer collaboration.
5160 steel combined with the proper heat treatment will have the best memory characteristics that prevent spring warping and flattening. This line of Sprinter leaf springs has a deeper arch, eliminating the need for a block over the axle. Also, the military wrap design provides a stronger package, and allowance for more travel.
The Deaver 3500 Heavy Leaf Spring includes a custom designed set of bushing washers made from high-performance nylon. This helps keep the bushings seated as the heavy duty leaf spring flexs under the load range up to 12,500lbs GWV.
On the 3500 Sprinters, we designed an extended rear shackle to give the van an additional edge for more travel and comfort. It’s all the little things that we’ve put our heads together in order to provide our customers with a well though-out design. It’s simply BETTER.

Shipping & Return
xShipping
We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
Many products include a manufacturer warranty. We’re happy to help facilitate claims—reach out with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
