Take on any terrain with confidence with the EVICTUS Sprinter Prerunner Kit, a 2.65″ monotube suspension system engineered for 4x4 and AWD Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 vans across both the 906 and 907 chassis.

Built on a race-proven Bilstein platform, the Prerunner pairs oversized 2.65″ shock bodies with 60mm digressive dual pistons and ultra-hard 22mm fixed rods. The result is a fully self-adjusting system that adapts instantly to changing conditions — no clickers, no apps, no guesswork. Anti-cavitation valves prevent shock fade and deliver serious bottom-out protection, while high-capacity external reservoirs keep temperatures and damping consistent mile after mile. Whether you’re running high-speed interstate, washboard forest road, or Baja whoops, the van stays composed and the driver stays fresh.

Laser-cut and welded support brackets maintain factory geometry and use factory mounting points, so nothing about your van’s engineering gets compromised. The system is fully rebuildable and serviceable, backed by a 2-year / 25,000-mile warranty with a maintenance and rebuild kit included — meaning you service it locally rather than shipping it out. If you ever need to, your factory shocks can go back on as a temporary measure.

Installation Note: No welding required, and most installs are completed in under a day. Some trimming or drilling may be recommended depending on your build. Give us a call to schedule installation or talk through fitment for your van.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.

Order Processing

If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

  • You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
  • Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Freight & Oversize Items

  • Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
  • Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
  • Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

International Orders

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
  • Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
  • Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
  • A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
  2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
  3. Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
  • For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.

Warranty

Many products include a manufacturer warranty. We’re happy to help facilitate claims—reach out with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
